Une ville qui a de l'âme.Au bord de l'Atlantique, là où les grues, le sel et le vent se mêlent à la mémoire et aux mythes, se dresse une silhouette que tout le monde ici connaît : un soldat porté par un aigle, bras levés, regard tourné vers l'horizon.
